Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang kewajiban
penyampaian informasi, dengan ini kami sampaikan
penjelasan
kesiapan dana pelunasan efek, sebagai berikut:
1. Dana untuk pembayaran pokok Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV
Toyota Astra Financial Services Dengan Tingkat
Bunga Tetap Tahap I Tahun 2023 Seri A sebesar
Rp380,840,000,000,- (Tiga Ratus Delapan Puluh Miliar
Delapan Ratus Empat Puluh Juta Rupiah) yang akan jatuh
tempo pada tanggal 21 Juli 2024, tersedia pada
saat akan jatuh tempo sesuai ketentuan.
2. Sumber dana yang akan digunakan untuk pembayaran
Obligasi tersebut berasal dari dana internal
Perseroan.
3. Sampai saat ini tidak ada keputusan atau hal penting
lainnya yang dilakukan oleh manajemen terkait halhal tersebut
di atas.

We hereby provide an explanation regarding changes to
Regulation Number I-E regarding the obligation to submit

readiness of securities settlement funds, as follows:
1. Funds for payment of principal of Toyota Astra Financial
Services Continuous Bonds IV with levels
Fixed Interest Phase I Year 2023 Series A amounting to IDR
380,840,000,000,- (Three Hundred Eighty Billion
Eight Hundred and Forty Million Rupiah) which will mature on
July 21, 2024, available at
when it will mature according to the provisions.
2. The source of funds that will be used for payment of the
Bonds comes from internal funds

3. Until now there have been no decisions or other important
things taken by management regarding the matters mentioned
above.
