Peserta yang hadir secara offline wajib membawa Kartu Identitas (KTP) dan menunjukkan undangan yang diterima melalui email terdaftar. Peserta yang hadir secara online wajib menggunakan nama yang sama dengan nama yang didaftarkan pada saat login ke aplikasi Zoom. Kuota untuk kehadiran secara offline terbatas. Apabila kuota telah terpenuhi, peserta yang mendaftar selanjutnya akan diarahkan untuk mengikuti acara secara online, dan tautan Zoom akan disampaikan melalui email terdaftar.
