or facts that may affect the value of its securities or the investment decisions of
investors, as govern by the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number
31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by

been previously disclosed by the Company in the Indonesian Stock Exchange's

keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E:
Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point II.21. dan IV.24.
Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021,
sebagaimana yang diubah dengan Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia
Nomor KEP-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022, kecuali informasi
atau fakta material yang telah diungkapkan oleh Perseroan sebelumnya dalam
situs web Bursa Efek Indonesia dan situs web Perseroan.

Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap
Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

As of the date of this letter, the Company is not aware of any activities from
certain shareholders as regulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation
Number 11/POJK.04/2017 regarding Ownership Reports or Any Changes in Share
Ownership of Public Companies.

. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam
waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap
pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Does the Company have plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future,
including corporate plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on
the Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)?

Penjelasan Perseroan / Company's Explanation:

Selain tindakan korporasi pembayaran dividen yang telah dilakukan pada tanggal
20 Mei 2026 dan pelaksanaan penerbitan MESOP yang dilakukan pada periode
21-29 Mei 2026, Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan
korporasi lainnya dalam waktu dekat, termasuk tindakan korporasi yang dapat
berdampak terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa Efek dalam kurun
waktu paling sedikit 3 (tiga) bulan mendatang.

Other than the corporate action relating to the dividend payment implemented on
20 May 2026 and the implementation of the MESOP issuance conducted during
the period of 21-29 May 2026, the Company does not have any plans to
undertake other corporate actions in the near future, including any corporate
actions that may affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock
Exchange within at least the next 3 (three) months.

6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, Corporate Secretary agar menanyakan terlebih dahulu
kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

The majority shareholder's intention regarding their share ownership in the
Company. In this regard, the Corporate Secretary is reguired to inguiry with the
majority shareholders prior to responding such confirmation.

Penjelasan Perseroan / Company's Explanation:

Bahwa sesuai konfirmasi Corporate Secretary kepada pemegang saham utama,
pemegang saham utama tidak memiliki rencana terkait dengan kepemilikan
sahamnya di Perseroan.

Pursuant to the confirmation provided by the majority shareholder to the
Corporate Secretary, the majority shareholder has no plans in relation to their
ownership in the Company.
