Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi yang akan
berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham perseroan di PT Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam 3
bulan mendatang

The company currently does not have any plans to take corporate actions that would
result in the listing of the company's shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the next
3 months

6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada
pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

case, please ask the Corporate Secretary to ask the main shareholders first to answer

Tidak ada rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di

Permintaan penjelasan oleh PT Bursa Efek Indonesia sebagaimana tercantum dalam surat
Nomor S-06919/BEI.PP3/07-2024 dan belum kami penuhi dalam surat ini merupakan hal-hal
yang belum dapat dipublikasikan atau masih merupakan rahasia atau memang belum dapat
ditentukan atau dijelaskan oleh Perseroan.

06919/BEIPP3/07-2024, which we have not yet fulfilled in this letter, pertains to matters that
cannot be disclosed or are still confidential or have not been determined or explained by the
