Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah melakukan pembayaran pelunasan atas
pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap I Tahun
2019 Seri B sebesar Rp 653.000.000.000 (enam ratus lima
puluh tiga miliar Rupiah) yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 9 Juli
2024.
Pelunasan Pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo
Tahap I Tahun 2019 Seri B dilakukan dengan metode transfer
melalui rekening Perseroan pada Bank Nano Syariah ke
rekening PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) pada
tanggal 5 Juli 2024, dimana salinan bukti atas pelunasan
pembayaran tersebut kami lampirkan bersamaan dengan surat
ini.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Bahwa, dengan telah dilunasinya seluruh pokok Sukuk Ijarah
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap I Tahun 2019 Seri B, maka
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, seluruh kewajiban Perseroan terkait Sukuk Ijarah
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap I Tahun 2019 Seri B telah
Perusahaan Publik terlaksana dan berdasarkan Pasal 3.5 butir 6) a) dan Pasal
15.4 huruf e PWA SI-I Tahap I maka PWA SI-I Tahap I telah
berakhir.
Informasi Lain
1. Pembayaran pelunasan pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap I Tahun 2019 Seri B Perseroan
lakukan bersamaan dengan pembayaran ke-20 cicilan imbalan ijarah Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap I
Tahun 2019 Seri B sesuai dengan permohonan yang dicantumkan dalam Surat KSEI. 2. Informasi yang disampaikan
dalam Keterbukaan Informasi ini merupakan informasi yang diungkapkan Perseroan guna memenuhi ketentuan

Description of Material Information or The Company has made Repayment of the Principal of
Facts Moratelindo Shelf Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase I Year
2019 Series B IDR 653,000,000,000 (six hundred fifty-three
billion Rupiah) which mature on July 9, 2024.
The Repayment of the Principal of Moratelindo Shelf
Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase I Year 2019 Series B is
made by the transfer method through the Company's bank
account at Bank Nano Syariah to the account of PT Kustodian
Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) on July 5, 2024 where we
attach a copy of the proof of repayment with this letter.
Impact of event, material information or With the entire principal amount of the Shelf Registration Ijarah
facts towards Issuers or Public Sukuk I Phase I Year 2019 Series B have been paid off, all of
Company’s operational activities, legal, the Company's obligations related to the Shelf Registration
financial condition, or going concern Ijarah Sukuk I Phase I Year 2019 Series B have been fulfilled
and based on Article 3.5 point 6) a) and Article 15.4 letter e
PWA SI-I Phase I then PWA SI-I Phase I has ended.
Other Information
1. The Repayment of the Principal of Moratelindo Shelf Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase I Year 2019 Series B was
made simultaneously with the 20th interest payment of the Shelf Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase I Year 2019
Series B in accordance with the request stated in the KSEI Letter. 2. The Information submitted in this Public
Disclosure is Disclosed by the Company in order to comply with the provisions of POJK 31/2015.
