Pengangkatan mana berlaku efektif setelah mendapatkan persetujuan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) atau instansi berwenang lainnya. 2. Menyetujui pengangkatan kembali Bapak Chairudin sebagai Komisaris Independen Perseroan.
