Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Menunjuk Peraturan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor: Kep-
00015/BEI/01-2021 perihal Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E
tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, disebutkan pada
butir IV.2.11. tentang laporan mengenai kesiapan dana untuk
pelunasan Efek paling lambat 15 (lima belas) Hari Bursa
sebelum Efek dimaksud jatuh tempo.
2. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, jatuh tempo pokok
Obligasi Pelindo 1 Gerbang Nusantara Tahun 2016 Seri D
akan berakhir pada tanggal 21 Juni 2026 dengan nominal
sebesar Rp 50.000.000.000,- (lima puluh miliar rupiah) dan
dana untuk pelunasan pokok Obligasi Pelindo 1 Gerbang
Nusantara Tahun 2016 Seri D telah tersedia.

Report on the Confirmation of Readiness of Principal Funds for
Type of Material Information or Facts Pelindo 1 Gerbang Nusantara Bonds Year 2016 Series D
Description of Material Information or 1. Referring to the Regulation of the Indonesia Stock
Facts Exchange Number: Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 concerning the
Amendment to Regulation Number I-E on the Obligation to
Submit Information, it is stipulated under item IV.2.11 that the
report on the availability of funds for the repayment of
securities must be submitted no later than fifteen (15)
Exchange Days prior to the maturity date of the securities.
2. In this regard, the principal maturity of Pelindo 1 Gerbang
Nusantara Bonds Year 2016 Series D will fall due on 21 June
2026 with a nominal value of IDR 50,000,000,000 (fifty billion
rupiah), and the funds for the repayment of the principal of the
said Bonds have been duly prepared and are available.
