Facts Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 dated December 22, 2015,
concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by
Issuers or Public Companies, as amended by OJK Regulation
No. 45 of 2024 concerning the Development and
Strengthening of Issuers and Public Companies and Decree of
the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-
00087/BEI/12-2025 concerning Regulation No. I-E concerning
the Obligation to Submit Information.
We hereby convey that one of the Company's Directors, Mr.
Murugaiah Periasamy, passed away on Thursday, May 21,
2026. The Company expresses its deepest condolences. May
the deceased find comfort in His presence, and may the
bereaved family find patience and strength, and always be
under the guidance of God Almighty.
We will announce the latest composition of the Board of
Directors at the upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders
