Penjelasan / Explanation :

Perseroan saat ini masih dalam proses evaluasi atas kebutuhan rencana tindakan
korporasi dalam tiga bulan ke depan.

Perseroan akan melakukan pemberitahuan ke OJK dan Bursa dalam hal adanya tindakan
korporasi sesuai jangka waktu dan tata cara yang ditentukan dalam peraturan.

The Company is currently in the process of assessing the need for corporate actions plans
for the next three months.

The Company will notify the OJK and the Stock Exchange in the event of any corporate
actions, in accordance with the time frame and procedures stipulated in the regulations.

6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada
pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut. / Plans of the majority
main shareholders related to their share ownership in the Company. In this matter, we
kindly reguest Corporate Secretary to consult with the majority shareholder before
responding to the confirmation.

Saat ini, pemegang saham utama belum memiliki rencana apapun terkait dengan
kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
