             ANNOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS

This announcement to the Shareholders of the Company that the Company will hold
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders (the "Meetings") in Sidoarjo on Tuesday dated June 30, 2026.

Invitation to the Meetings will be made on June 8, 2026 on the website of PT Kustodian
Sentral Efek Indonesia, PT Indonesia Stock Exchange’s website and the Company’s
website.

Shareholders entitled to attend the Meetings are Shareholders who are registered in the
Register of Shareholders of the Company dated June 5, 2026 until 16.00 WIB.

Each proposal will be included in the Meetings if they meet the requirements as set forth
in paragraph 12 of Article 12 of the Company’s Articles of Association and Article 16 of
the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 15/POJK.04/2020.
