Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190, Indonesia MEDCOENERGI Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Description of Material Information or Facts Terkait penyediaan fasilitas penugasan tenaga kerja yang terpilih oleh MEPI dan MEPN (keduanya merupakan Home Company) kepada MLI (sebagai Host Company), dimana MLI memerlukan tenaga kerja tersebut untuk melaksanakan tugas secara penuh waktu serta membantu kelancaran operasional kegiatan usaha MLI dan perusahaan afiliasinya. Perjanjian Perbantuan ini akan terus berlaku hingga tidak ada tenaga kerja yang bekerja atau diusulkan untuk diperbantukan kepada Host Company, kecuali diakhiri Oleh salah satu Pihak karena suatu sebab yang material dengan pemberitahuan tertulis sebelumnya.
