Perusahaan Publik dan Peraturan Nomor I-E Bursa Public Companies and Indonesia Stock Exchange
Efek Indonesia tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Regulation No. I-E regarding Disclosure of Information
Informasi, dengan ini Direksi PT Indointernet Tbk Obligations, the Board of Directors of PT Indointernet
(“Perseroan”) menginformasikan bahwa Perseroan Tbk (“Company”) hereby inform that the Company has
telah mengangkat Jennifer Tiurland sebagai Sekretaris appointed Jennifer Tiurland as a Corporate Secretary
Perusahaan (Corporate Secretary) untuk to replace Donauly Elena Situmorang. The
menggantikan Donauly Elena Situmorang. Appointment is effective on 21 May 2026.
Pengangkatan tersebut efektif per tanggal 21 Mei
2026.
