ketentuan yang berlaku.
Terdapat informasi yang beredar di masyarakat yang secara
keliru mengaitkan nama pihak pihak lain sebagai pemilik atau
pengendali Perseroan di luar yang telah tercatat secara resmi.
Perseroan menegaskan bahwa informasi tersebut adalah tidak
benar. Struktur kepemilikan Perseroan yang sah dan akurat
sepenuhnya dapat diakses publik melalui laman resmi Bursa
Efek Indonesia di www.idx.co.id.
Perseroan juga menegaskan bahwa perjanjian kemitraan
antara Perseroan dengan TVRI dalam rangka
penyelenggaraan siaran FIFA World Cup 2026 melalui
platform FolaPlay merupakan transaksi komersial yang
sepenuhnya dilakukan atas inisiatif dan pendanaan Perseroan
sendiri.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak signifikan pada Operasional
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan.

accordance with applicable regulations.

links the names of other parties as owners or controllers of the
Company beyond those officially registered. The Company
confirms that this information is incorrect. The Company's legal
and accurate ownership structure is fully accessible to the
public through the Indonesia Stock Exchange's official website
at www.idx.co.id.
The Company also confirms that the partnership agreement
between the Company and TVRI for the broadcast of the 2026
FIFA World Cup through the FolaPlay platform is a commercial
transaction conducted entirely at the Company's own initiative
