Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd selaku
pemegang saham pengendali/utama
Perseroan (“SEP”) dan mendapatkan
konfirmasi bahwa SEI bahwa SEI tidak
memiliki rencana lainnya terkait dengan
kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
Companys Response: The Corporate
Secretary has confirmed with Sumitomo
Electric — Industries, — Ltd — as the
controlling/major shareholder of the
Company (C'SEI") and received
confirmation that SEI has no other plans
related to its ownership of shares in the
Company.
