3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan bahwa
Description of Material Information or pada tanggal 1 Juli 2024 AGM telah menerima

notaris di Jakarta, yang menerangkan bahwa
Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia
(“Kemenkumham”) telah memberikan surat
No. AHU-AH.01.03-00338 tertanggal 6 Juni
2024 perihal berakhirnya status badan hukum
dari AGM. Dengan demikian, Kemenkumham
telah mencatat berakhirnya status badan

hukum AGM dan telah menghapus dari daftar
perseroan yang terdapat pada Sistem Badan
Hukum Kemenkumham.
Alasan dari likuidasi AGM oleh pemegang
saham AGM adalah dikarenakan belum
adanya kegiatan operasional pada AGM sejak
awal pendirian sampai dengan saat ini.
The Company hereby informs that on 1 July
2024, AGM has received a document from
Aryanti Artisari S.H. M.Kn., a notary in Jakarta,
which explains the letter from the Ministry of
Law and Human Rights ("MOLHR") No. AHU-
AH.01.03-00338 dated 6 June 2024 regarding
the termination of the legal entity status of
AGM. Therefore, the MOLHR has recorded
the termination of the legal entity status of
AGM and has removed it from the list of
companies in the MOLHR.
The main reason of liquidation AGM by the
AGM’s shareholders is that the AGM has not
conducted any operations since the beginning
of the establishment of AGM up until now.
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau Likuidasi anak perusahaan Perseroan di atas
fakta material tersebut terhadap tidak berdampak secara material terhadap
kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi kegiatan operasional, hukum dan kondisi
keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha keuangan Perseroan saat ini.
