Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Menindaklanjuti hasil keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan Perseroan tanggal 21 Juni 2024 dan
Pengumuman Perseroan kepada Pemegang Saham
mengenai Jadwal dan Tata Cara Pembayaran Dividen Final
Tunai Tahun Buku 2023 tertanggal 25 Juni 2024, maka melalui
surat ini dapat kami sampaikan bahwa:
- Sesuai dengan jadwal dan tata cara pembayaran dividen
tunai final yang akan dilakukan dalam mata uang Rupiah,
Perseroan telah memutuskan untuk menggunakan kurs
konversi yang mengacu kepada kurs tengah Bank Indonesia
tanggal 3 Juli 2024 yaitu sebesar Rp 16.384 per USD.
- Dengan demikian, jumlah keseluruhan dividen tunai final
dalam mata uang Rupiah adalah sebesar
Rp 81.920.000.000 (delapan puluh satu miliar sembilan ratus
dua puluh juta Rupiah) untuk 7.698.607.132 lembar saham
atau Rp 10,64 (sepuluh koma enam empat Rupiah) per
saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak berdampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha

Announcement of the Coversion Rate of Final Cash Dividend
Type of Material Information or Facts for the Financial Year 2023
Description of Material Information or As a follow up on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting
Facts of Shareholders dated 21 June 2024 and the Announcement
to Shareholders regarding the Payment Schedule and
Procedures of Final Cash Dividends for the Financial Year
2023 dated 25 June 2024, through this letter we can convey
that:
- In accordance with the payment schedule and procedures of
final cash dividend which will be made in Rupiah, the Company
has decided to use a conversion rate referring to the middle
rate of Bank Indonesia dated on 3 July 2024, which is
amounted to Rp 16,384 per USD.
- Therefore, the total amount of final cash dividend
denominated in Rupiah is Rp 81,920,000,000 (eighty one
billion nine hundred and twenty million Rupiah) for
7,698,607,132 shares or Rp 10.64 (ten point six four Rupiah)
per share.
