our affiliated Controlling entity namely PT Geo
Energy Investama ("GEI") have carried out a

milik PT Rajawali Corpora.
Purchase of PT Rajawali Resources (“RR”) Shares
owned by PT Rajawali Corpora.

Pada Tanggal 28 Juni 2024, telah dilakukan
pembelian seluruh saham RR milik PT Rajawali
Corpora sebanyak 500 (lima ratus) lembar
saham yang setara dengan 0,3696 saham yang
diterbitkan RR oleh GEI.

MY GOLDEN EAGLE ENERGY Transaksi ini bukan merupakan Transaksi Afiliasi dan Benturan Kepentingan sebagaimana diatur berdasarkan Peraturan OJK No.42/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Affiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan. Transaksi ini juga bukan merupakan transaksi material sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan OJK No.17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha dikarenakan tidak mencapai 2096 dari ekuitas Perseroan berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Interim untuk periode yang berakhir pada 31 Maret 2024 dan Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Audit untuk tahun yang berakhir pada 31 Desember 2023. On 28 June 2024, all RR shares owned by PT Rajawali Corpora were purchased, totaling 500 (five hundred) shares, which is eguivalent to 0,364 of the shares issued by RR by GEI. This transaction is not an Affiliate Transaction and Conflict of Interest as regulated under OJK Regulation No.42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliate Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions. This transaction is also not a material transaction as follows regulated in OJK Regulation No.17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material Transactions and Changes in Business Activities due to not reaching 2046 of the Company's eguity based on the Interim Consolidated Financial Report for the period ending 31 March 2024 and the Audited Consolidated Financial Report for the year ended on 31 December 2023. 4 | Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan / Impact of events, information or material facts towards activities operations, laws, conditions finances, or sustainability Company business Tidak terdapat dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, dan kondisi keuangan, serta kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. There is no material impact on operational activities, legal and financial conditions, as well as the continuity of the Company's business.
