Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan pemberlakuan Peraturan Bursa Nomor I-
N tentang Pembatalan Pencatatan (Delisting) dan Pencatatan
Kembali (Relisting) (Peraturan I-N) pada tanggal 6 Mei 2024
dan telah dilakukannya penghentian sementara (suspensi)
saham Perseroan, maka berdasarkan ketentuan III.5.2.3.
Peraturan I-N mengatur bahwa Perseroan wajib
mengumumkan kepada publik perkembangan realisasi
rencana pemulihan kondisi yang menyebabkan suspensi efek
paling lambat pada akhir bulan Juni dan akhir bulan Desember
sampai dengan dicabutnya suspensi efek tersebut atau
sampai dilakukannya delisting.
Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa suspense dikenakan kepada
Perseroan disebabkan Perseroan mengalami kondisi, atau
peristiwa, yang secara signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap
kelangsungan usaha secara finansial, Perseroan belum
melakukan kewajiban keuangan dan kewajiban pelaporan.
Untuk itu, terlampir Perseroan menyampaikan Laporan
Realisasi Rencana Pemulihan Kondisi Penyebab Suspensi
Perusahaan Tercatat Periode Juni Tahun 2024.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,

Description of Material Information or In connection with the implementation of Exchange Regulation
Facts Number I-N concerning Cancellation of Listing (Delisting) and
Relisting (Regulation I-N) on May 6 2024 and the temporary
suspension (suspension) of the Company's shares, then based
on provisions III.5.2.3. The I-N Regulations stipulate that the
Company is obliged to announce to the public the progress of
the realization plan to restore the conditions that caused the
securities suspension no later than the end of June and the
end of December until the securities suspension is lifted or
until the delisting is carried out.
As is known, the suspension was imposed on the Company
because the Company experienced conditions, or events,
which had a significant negative impact on financial business
continuity, the Company had not carried out its financial
obligations and reporting obligations. For this reason, attached
is the Company submitting a Report on the Realization of
Plans for Restoring Conditions that Caused the Listed
Company's Suspension for the Period of June 2024.
