PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (“Mandiri”) yang merupakan lembaga perbankan / PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (“Mandiri”) as a banking institution. Pada tanggal 1 Juli 2024, Perseroan dan PT CNE sebagai para peminjam telah menandatangani Perjanjian Kredit dengan Mandiri sebagai pemberi pinjaman (“Perjanjian Kredit”) / On July, 1" 2024, 2024, the Company and PT CNE as the borrowers have signed the Credit Agreement with Mandiri as a lender (“Credit Agreement”). 1.
