Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Sebelumnya untuk audit laporan keuanga, Perseroan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Supoyo, Sutjahjo,
Subyantara & Rekan yang telah melakukan audit laporan keuangan Perseroan selama Periode tahun buku 01 Januari
2023 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2023.

Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Supoyo, Sutjahjo, Subyantara & Rekan with Public
Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Drs. Eddy Sutjahjo, Ak., M.M., CA., CPA. To conduct an audit of the
company's financial statements ending on 31 December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
Previously, for the audit of financial statements, the Company used the services of Public Accounting Firm Supoyo,
Sutjahjo, Subyantara & Partners, who conducted the audit of the Company's financial statements for the period from
January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.
