Uraian Transaksi Material Description of Material Transaction Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material ini merujuk kepada Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material yang diumumkan oleh Perseroan berdasarkan Surat No. BUMA/DIR/2024/VI/0594 tanggal 5 Juni 2024 (“Laporan Informasi Awal”) sehubungan dengan rencana pengambilalihan atas Atlantic Carbon Group, Inc. dan anak-anak perusahaannya, Wildcat Carbon Processing LLC, American Carbon Warehousing LLC, Newcastle Anthracite Company dan The Central Pennsylvania Anthracite Company LLC (seluruhnya disebut sebagai “Perusahaan Target”) oleh American Anthracite SPV I, LLC, selaku salah satu anak perusahan terkendali Perseroan (“Pembeli”) (“Rencana Pengambilalihan”).
