Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Meningkatkan penjualan melalui Live-sales
Progres:
Perseroan dengan entitas anaknya terus berupaya untuk
meningkatkan penjualan melalui lve-sales, antara lain dengan:
1. Rutin melakukan live-sales setiap hari
2. Menambah waktu Live-sales pada acara-acara
khusus antara lain pay-day dan tanggal kembar.
3. Memberikan penawaran-penawaran khusus pada
saat live sales dengan bekerja sama dengan market place.
Persentase progres = 50%
2. Kesepakatan atas Proposal Baru dengan kreditor
perbankan.
Progres:
Perseroan tetap berkomunikasi dengan Kreditor perbankan
3. Pembayaran cicilan pokok ke Kreditor perbankan
Progres:
Perseroan telah melakukan pembayaran kepada Kreditor
perbankan secara teratur dan terus diusahakan meningkat
jumlah pembayarannya. Sampai dengan bulan Mei 2024,
pembayaran yang telah dilakukan Perseroan kepada Kreditor
perbankan adalah sebesar Rp 12.460.000.000
4. Pertimbangan membuka suspend perdagangan efek
Perseroan.
Progres:
Yang dilakukan oleh Perseroan antara lain:
1. Menjaga bisnis tetap stabil == Persentase
Progres = 45%
2. Aktif mencari investor baru
3. Terus memberikan update ke pihak perbankan
4. Berkomunikasi dengan IDX terutama tentang rencana
pemenuhan free float

Description of Material Information or 1. Increase sales through Live-sales
Facts Progress:
The Company with its subsidiaries continue to strive to
increase sales through Live-sales, including by:
1. Routinely do Live-sales every day,
2. Add Live-sales time at special events, including Pay
Day and twin dates;
3. Providing special offers during Live-sales by
collaborating with market places.
Progress Percentage = 50%
2. Agreement on New Proposals with banking creditors
Progress:
The Company continues to communicate with banking
creditors.
3. Payment of principal installments to banking creditors
Progress:
The Company has made regular payments to banking
creditors and continues to strive to increase the amount of
payments. Until May 2024, the payment that the Company has
made to banking creditors is IDR 12,460,000,000.
4. Consideration of opening the suspension
Progress:
The Company does among other things:
1. Keep business stable == Progress Percentage = 45%
2. Actively looking for new investors,
3. Continue to provide updates to the banking creditors,
4. Communicate with IDX, especially regarding free float
fulfillment plans.
