       DECREE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PT BUKALAPAK.COM TBK.
                   No: 001/BL/CORSEC/SK.Direksi/VI/2024
                             Tentang / Regarding
                 PENGANGKATAN SEKRETARIS PERUSAHAAN
               APPOINTMENT OF THE CORPORATE SECRETARY
                            ("Surat Keputusan")
                                 (“Decree”)


Menimbang         :   1.    Bahwa dalam rangka membantu Direksi dan Dewan
                            Komisaris dalam pelaksanaan tata kelola perusahaan
Considering                 yang baik bagi PT BUKALAPAK.COM Tbk.
                            (“Perseroan”).

                            Whereas in order to assist the Board of Directors and the
                            Board of Commissioners in implementing the good
                            corporate governance for PT BUKALAPAK.COM Tbk.
                            (the “Company”).

                      2.    Bahwa dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja dan
                            kepatuhan Perseroan terhadap peraturan perundang-
                            undangan yang berlaku, termasuk pemenuhan
                            pengangkatan Sekretaris Perusahaan.

                            Whereas to improve the performance and compliance of
                            the Company to the prevailing laws and regulations,
                            including the fulfilment of the appointment of the
                            Corporate Secretary.

Mengingat         :   1.    Undang-Undang No. 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan
                            Terbatas sebagaimana telah diubah oleh Peraturan
In view of                  Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Republik
                            Indonesia No. 2 Tahun 2022 yang telah disahkan
                            menjadi undang-undang berdasarkan Undang-Undang
                            No. 6 Tahun 2023

                            Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability
                            Companies as amended by Government Regulation in
                            Lieu of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2022
                            which has been passed into law based on Law No. 6 of
                            2023

                                  (“Corsec Charter”)


                            MEMUTUSKAN/ RESOLVED:

1.   Mengangkat Cut Fika Lutfi sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan Perseroan menggantikan
     Teddy Nuryanto Oetomo yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan
     Perseroan.

     Appointing Cut Fika Lutfi as the Company's Corporate Secretary to replace Teddy
     Nuryanto Oetomo, who previously served as the Company’s Corporate Secretary.

2.   Dalam menjalankan fungsi, tugas, wewenang dan hal-hal lainnya yang berhubungan
     dengan kegiatan kepengurusan Perseroan, Sekretaris Perusahaan akan mengacu
     pada ketentuan pada POJK 35/2014 dan Piagam Sekretaris Perusahaan.

     In carrying out the functions, duties, authorities, and the other matters related to
     the activities of the Company's management activity, the Corporate Secretary shall
     refer to the stipulation on the POJK 35/2014 and Corsec Charter.

3.   Surat Keputusan ini berlaku sejak tanggal ditetapkan dan apabila dikemudian hari
     ternyata terdapat kekeliruan dalam Surat Keputusan ini, maka akan diadakan
     perubahan dan/atau perbaikan sebagaimana mestinya.

     This Decree is effective as of the date of the stipulation and if in the future there is a
     misrepresentation to this Decree, then there will be changes and/or corrections
     accordingly.
