Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material I. Bahwa PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk, telah
melakukan tambahan setoran modal/ investasi pada PT
Sinar Mas Ventura , berkedudukan di Jakarta Barat
sebesar Rp. 20.000.000.000,- ( dua puluh miliar Rupiah ).
II. Jumlah penyertaan modal tersebut tidak melebihi
20 % dari ekuitas Perusahaan, sehingga penyertaan modal
tersebut tidak bersifat material.
III Transaksi tersebut telah disetujui dalam Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa ( RUPSLB ) PT Sinar
Mas Ventura tanggal 28 Juni 2024, dan telah disetorkan
kepada rekening Perseroan pada tanggal 28 Juni 2024.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik
