Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)? Jawaban: Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam kurun waktu dekat (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang) yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa. 6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, Perseroan dapat menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut. Jawaban: Perseroan telah melakukan konfirmasi kepada pemegang saham utama mengenai kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini pemegang saham utama menyatakan tidak memiliki rencana apapun terhadap kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
