PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (“SIMP Group” or “the Company”) today conducted Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders (“AGM”) and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGM”). The Company obtained the
approval for all the proposed resolutions.
At the AGM, the shareholders approved, among others:
The annual report of the Board of Directors on the activities and financial results of the Company for the
year ended December 31, 2023;
Cash dividend distribution of Rp10.- per share to be paid on July 26, 2024.
To approve the appointment of Mr. Harrijanto Kusumo and Mr. Chandra Arif Santoso as the new Directors
of the Company for the period starting from the end of this AGM for the remaining term of office of the
member of the Board of Directors until the closing of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025.
Subsequent to the changes, the composition of the Board of Directors as follows:

At the EGM, the shareholders approved the reduction of the Company’s issued capital and paid-up capital in
connection with the withdrawal of treasury stock.

activities prudently and manage our operations in a sustainable manner. SIMP Group remains focused on

PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (“Grup SIMP” atau “Perseroan”) pada hari ini mengadakan Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan (”RUPST”) dan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (“RUPSLB”). Perseroan memperoleh
persetujuan atas seluruh agenda RUPST dan RUPSLB.
Pada RUPST, para pemegang saham menyetujui antara lain:
Laporan tahunan Direksi mengenai kegiatan usaha dan kinerja keuangan Perseroan untuk tahun buku yang
berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023;
Pembagian dividen tunai sebesar Rp10,- per lembar saham yang akan dibayarkan pada tanggal 26 Juli 2024;
Mengangkat Bapak Harrijanto Kusumo dan Bapak Chandra Arif Santoso masing-masing dan berturut-turut
selaku Direktur Perseroan yang baru terhitung sejak ditutupnya RUPST hari ini untuk sisa masa jabatan
anggota Direksi sampai dengan penutupan RUPST pada tahun 2025 sehingga susunan Direksi Perseroan
sebagai berikut:

Bapak Mark Wakeford, Direktur Utama Grup SIMP, mengatakan: “Kami menyampaikan apresiasi dan terima kasih
kepada seluruh pemegang saham atas kepercayaan dan dukungan yang terus menerus. Grup SIMP akan terus

fokus pada peningkatan pengendalian biaya dan efisiensi, memprioritaskan belanja modal serta meningkatkan
