PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (“Lonsum” or “the Company”) today conducted Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders (“AGM”) and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGM”). The Company obtained
the approval for all the proposed resolutions.
At the AGM, the shareholders approved, among others:
• The annual report of the Board of Directors on the activities and financial results of the Company for the
year ended December 31, 2023;
• Cash dividend distribution of Rp39.- per share to be paid on July 25, 2024;
• The appointment of Mr. Harrijanto Kusumo and Ms. Herlina Sugiarto as Directors of the Company, replacing
Mr. Johnny Ponto and Mr. Alamsyah from the date of the closing of this AGM for the remaining term of
office of the member of the Board of Directors until the closing of AGM in 2025. Subsequent to the changes,
the composition of the Board of Directors as follows:

At the EGM, the shareholders approved the reduction of the Company’s issued capital and paid-up capital in
connection with the withdrawal of treasury stock.
Mr. Benny Tjoeng, Lonsum’s President Director said: “We would like to extend our appreciation and thank you
to all of our shareholders for continued support and trust. Lonsum remains focused on controlling costs and
efficiency, improving productivity and prioritizing capital expenditure. We also continue to implement good
agricultural practices in a sustainable manner as part of our sustainability approach.”

PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (“Lonsum” atau “Perseroan”) pada hari ini mengadakan Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan (”RUPST”) dan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (“RUPSLB”). Perseroan
memperoleh persetujuan atas seluruh agenda RUPST dan RUPSLB.
Pada RUPST, para pemegang saham menyetujui antara lain:
Laporan tahunan Direksi mengenai kegiatan usaha dan kinerja keuangan Perseroan untuk tahun buku yang
berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023;
Pembagian dividen tunai sebesar Rp39,- per lembar saham yang akan dibayarkan pada tanggal 25 Juli 2024;
Menyetujui pengangkatan Bapak Harrijanto Kusumo dan Ibu Herlina Sugiarto dalam jabatannya masing-
masing selaku Direktur Perseroan menggantikan Bapak Johnny Ponto dan Bapak Alamsyah terhitung sejak
ditutupnya RUPST hari ini untuk sisa masa jabatan Direksi sampai dengan penutupan RUPST pada tahun
2025 sehingga susunan Direksi sebagai berikut:

sehubungan dengan penarikan kembali atas seluruh saham yang telah dibeli kembali oleh Perseroan (treasury stock).
Bapak Benny Tjoeng, Presiden Direktur Lonsum mengatakan: “Kami menyampaikan penghargaan dan terima kasih
atas dukungan dan kepercayaan yang terus menerus dari seluruh pemegang saham Lonsum. Lonsum tetap fokus
dalam pengendalian biaya dan efisiensi, meningkatkan produktivitas serta memprioritaskan belanja modal. Kami juga
terus menerapkan praktik-praktik agrikultur yang baik secara berkelanjutan sebagai bagian dari pendekatan
keberlanjutan kami.”
