   Elnusa Signs MoU on International Cooperation with PIEP
                          and PDSI
Jakarta, 25 June 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) which is part of the Pertamina
Upstream Subholding, signed an MoU on foreign cooperation with PT Pertamina Internasional Exploration and Production (PIEP) and
Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia (PDSI) which took place at The Apurva, Kempinski, Jalan Raya Nusa Dua Selatan, Bali.

This event was also attended by Elnusa Main Director Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, Elnusa Business Development Director Arief Prasetyo
Handoyo, PHE Development and Production Director Awang Lazuardi, PIEP Director Jaffee Arizon Suardin, and PDSI Main Director Avep
Disasmita.

This meeting and signing of the MoU aims to increase synergy and empower upstream subsidiaries in international cooperation. This
meeting was also held in order to explore business opportunities and increase engagement with the Directorate General of Petroleum
Contract Licensing (PCLD), a main unit in the Iraqi Ministry of Petroleum responsible for regulating oil and gas contracts and licensing in
Iraq.

PHE Development and Production Director Awang Lazuardi in his speech said, "This signing begins with good intentions, so it is hoped
that it can bring success to all parties. "This strategy for the international arena not only carries the name of each entity, but also the
name of Pertamina, so that all parties can maintain quality and good name while carrying out this strategy." Awang said.

Elnusa President Director Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja welcomed this synergistic collaboration opportunity, which he believes will be very
good for developing Elnusa's business and competence in the future. "Elnusa, as an integrated energy services company that provides
total solutions, will of course always strive to develop business and increase competence. "To support this vision, we have also carried
out efforts to enable this vision to be achieved, including strengthening worker competency, increasing the reliability of equipment and
supply chains, strengthening the company's financial and funding structure, and many other efforts," said Bachtiar.

Bachtiar added, "We as part of Pertamina Upstream Subholding also ask for support from the PHE Board of Directors to explore business
outside the territory of Indonesia. "Hopefully the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding can be a good start and provide success
for all, both Elnusa, PIEP and PDSI," concluded Bachtiar.

By signing this MoU, Elnusa hopes to continue to increase synergy and collaboration in oil and gas exploration and production, not only
domestically but also internationally.
