Menyetujui pengangkatan Ibu Imelda Siahaja sebagai Komisaris Independen Perseroan. Approving the appointment of Ms. Imelda Siahaja as independent Commissioner of the Company. Pengangkatan Ibu Imelda Siahaja sebagai Komisaris Independen tersebut, akan berlaku efektif setelah mendapatkan persetujuan dari Otoritas Jasa keuangan atas hasil penilaian kemampuan dan kepatutan (fit and proper test), dengan masa jabatan menyesuaikan sisa masa jabatan anggota Dewan Komisaris Perseroan lainnya yang sedang menjabat. The appointment of Ms. Imelda Siahaja as independent Commissioner will become effective after obtaining approval from the Financial Services Authority for the results of the fit and proper test, with the term of office adjusted to the remaining term of office of the other members of the Company's Board of Commissioners who are currently serving.
