Results of GMS of PT MNC Energy Investments Tbk
Jakarta, June 26, 2024 – PT MNC Energy Investments Tbk (the Company or IDX: IATA) today held its
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) to approve the Annual Report of the Board of
Directors, including the Sustainability Report and the Supervisory Duties Report of the
Board of Commissioners for the Financial Year ended on December 31, 2023. The AGMS also
approved and ratified the Company’s Financial Statements for the 2023 Financial Year.
In 2023, IATA’s operating revenues reached USD 170.1 million, with EBITDA of USD 39.8 million and
net profit of USD 26.4 million.
IATA produced 4 million MT of coal with sales volume of 4.1 million MT in 2023. For 2024,
the Company targets production volume to increase to 5.1 million MT, driven by the rise in
domestic coal consumption due to growing demand from coal-fired power plants. Furthermore,
IATA has commenced operation of the Barge Loading Conveyor at the jetty owned by
PT Putra Muba Coal (PMC) in early 2024.
In addition, IATA’s AGMS has also reappointed all members of the Board of Commissioners and
Board of Directors for a new term, starting from the closing of this AGMS until 2029. Thus, the
composition of the Company’s Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors are as follows:
