Perseroan telah digelar pada hari Senin, tanggal 24 Juni
2024 dihadiri oleh Kuasa Pemohon dan Termohon dengan
agenda sidang Penetapan Pencabutan Perkara.
Dalam sidang Pencabutan Perkara, Kuasa Pemohon PKPU
telah menyerahkan Permohonan Pencabutan Perkara kepada
Majelis Hakim dan telah disetujui dengan ditandatangani oleh
Kuasa Termohon PKPU.
Majelis Hakim menyampaikan, Salinan Penetapan
Pencabutan Perkara akan dikirimkan kepada masing masing

Description of Material Information or That the continuation of the trial process for the PKPU
Facts application with Case Number 117 against the Company was
held on Monday, June 24th 2024, Attended by the Petitioner
attorney and the Respondent attorney with the agenda for the
hearing on the Determination of Case Revocation.
During the hearing of case revocation, the Petitioner attorney
submitted the application for case revocation to the panel of
judges and it was approved and signed by the Respondent
attorney.
The Panel of Judges stated that a copy of the decision to case
revocation will be sent to each Party by the Bailiff.
