Merujuk kepada Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”) No. 34/POJK.04/2014 tentang Pembentukan
Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi , dengan ini kami menyampaikan bahwa perseroan telah menyetujui
pengangkatan kembali Anggota Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi Perseroan sesuai dengan Surat
Keputusan Dewan Komisaris Nomor : 004/Dekom-SAM/VI/2024 tertanggal 25 Juni 2024 tentang
pengangkatan kembali Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi dengan susunan sebagai berikut :
Referring to the Financial Services Authority ("OJK") Regulation No. 34/POJK.04/2014 on the
Establishment of Nomination and Remuneration Commitlee, we hereby convey that the company has
approved the reappointment of ihe Company Nomination and Remuneration Committee Members in
accordance with the Decree of the Board of Commissioners Number: 004/Dekom-SAM/VI/2024 dated June
25, 2024 on ihe reappointment of ihe Nomination and Remuneration Committee with the Jollowing
