Sesuai dengan hasil keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan ('RUPST”) PT Saraswanti
Anugerah Makmur Tbk (“Perseroan”) tahun buku 2023 pada tanggal 24 Juni 2024, dimana salah satu
keputusan pada RUPST tersebut adalah menyetujui dan mengangkat kembali Dewan Komisaris dan
Direksi Perseroan, serta memperhatikan ringkasan risalah Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan
("RUPST”) PT Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Tbk (“Perseroan”) tahun buku 2023 sesuai dengan surat
ibu Sitaresmi Puspadewi Subianto, S.H.,M.Kn, Notaris di Surabaya, Nomor 184/Not/V1/2024 tanggal
24 Juni 2024, dengan ini kami sampaikan susunan pengurus Perseroan sebagai berikut :
In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGMS") of PT
Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Tbk ("Company") for the financial year 2023 on June 24, 2024, where
one of the resolutions at the AGMS was to approve and reappoint the Board of Commissioners and
Directors of the Company, and taking into account the summary of the minutes of the Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders ("AGMS") of PT Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Tbk ("Company") for the
Financial year 2023 in accordance with the letter of Mrs. Sitaresmi Puspadewi Subianto, S.H., M.Kn,
Notary in Surabaya, Number 184/Not/VI/2024 dated June 24, 2024, we hereby convey the composition
