saham bahwa rencana penyelenggaraan RUPS
Luar Biasa yang akan diadakan tanggal 30 April
2024 dibatalkan.
Sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan OJK No.
15/POJK.04/2020 tentang Rencana dan
Penyelenggaraan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Perusahaan Terbuka, bahwa pemberitahuan
pembatalan RUPSLB Perseroan ini akan
disampaikan melalui aplikasi eASY.KSEI, situs
web Bursa Efek Indonesia dan situs web
Perseroan.

Referring to the Announcement of Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders ("E GMS")
dated 21 March 2024, and in relation to the
EGMS agenda submission through Company
Letter No: 060/IFSH-CORSEC/III/2024 dated
14 March 2024 regarding Notification of the
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
Agenda, Company Letter No: 071/IFSH-
CORSEC/III/2024 dated 21 March 2024
regarding Extraordinary GMS Announcement,
as well as Disclosure of Information through
Company Letter No: 070/IFSH-CORSEC/IN
2024 dated 21 March 2024 regarding Disclosure
of Information on Plans to Increase Capital by
Providing Pre-emptive Rights of the Company,
hereby the Company intends to convey to
shareholders that the plan to hold an
Extraordinary GMS to be held on April 30 2024
is canceled.
In accordance with the provisions of the OJK
Regulation No. 15/POJK.04/2020 concerning
the Plan and Implementation of a General
Meeting of Shareholders ofa Public Company, a
notification of the cancellation in regards to the
Company's EGMS, will be published through the
eASY.KSEI application, the Indonesian Stock
Exchange website and the Company's website.
