berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Tidak ada perubahan untuk audit Laporan Keuangan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2022
dan Laporan Keuangan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023.
Sebelumnya, Perseroan juga menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Anwar & Rekan untuk melakukan audit Laporan
Keuangan selama periode 1 Januari 2022 s.d. 31 Desember 2022.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 June 2023 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Anwar & Rekan with Public Accountant (Signing
Partner), namely: Mr. Christiadi Tjahnadi To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending on 31
December 2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
There are no changes for the Financial Statements audit ending December 31, 2022
and Financial Reports ending December 31, 2023.
Previously, the Company also used the services of the Anwar & Partners Public Accounting Firm to audit Financial
Reports for the period 1 January 2022 to 2022. December 31, 2022.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
