Keterangan lain-lain/Others One of the Company's subsidiaries, namely IEB, of which 99,994 of its shares are effectively owned by the Company, has executed Distribution Agreement by and between SAIC MAXUS Automotive Co., Ltd., and IEB. In such document, it is agreed that IEB has been appointed as the distributor of Maxus brand motor vehicles, along with its after-sales services, including spare parts and accessories, within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. Meningkatkan kinerja usaha di Indomobil Group dengan menambahkan variasi merek kendaraan bermotor yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen/Increasing business performance within the Indomobil Group by offering consumers a variety of motor vehicle brands.
