Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (MSIN atau Perseroan)
mengadakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Tahunan (RUPST) pada tanggal 24 Juni 2024. RUPST telah
menerima laporan tahunan Perusahaan dan
menyetujui laporan keuangan untuk tahun buku yang berakhir
pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023.
RUPST juga memutuskan bahwa laba bersih Perseroan akan
dicatat sebagai laba ditahan untuk peningkatan pada
pengembangan teknologi, dengan fokus pada peningkatan
produk digital Perseroan (OTT super-app dan portal online),
produksi konten, pemenuhan kewajiban pinjaman, dan
penguatan struktur permodalan. RUPST menyetujui
pengangkatan Bapak Helmi sebagai Direktur Perseroan.

ENTERTAINMENT TBK
Description of Material Information or PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (MSIN or the Company)
Facts held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
(AGMS) on the 24th of June 2024. The AGMS has accepted
the Companys annual report and approved its
financial statements for the fiscal year ended on 31 December
2023.
The AGMS also decided that the Companys net income will be
recorded as retained earnings to further enhance MSINs
technology development, focusing on improving the Companys
digital products (OTT super-app and online portal), content
production, fulfill loan obligations, and strengthen its capital
structure.
The AGMS approved the appointment of Mr Helmi as Director
of the Company.
