           SURGE (WIFI) AND ARSARI GROUP DEVELOP
          AFFORDABLE INTERNET FOR THE COMMUNITY

Jakarta June 24, 2024- Arsari Group through PT Arsari Sentra Data and PT Solusi Sinergi Digital
Tbk - SURGE (WIFI.JK) (the "Company") officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding, where
PT Arsari Sentra Data is interested in investing in PT Jaringan Infra Andalan, a subsidiary of SURGE
(WIFI) to accelerate infrastructure development in providing connectivity services to the wider community.
The signing was carried out by President Director of PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk Mr. Yune Marketatmo
and Chairman of PT Arsari Sentra Data Mr. Hashim S. Djojohadikusumo.

As is known, Surge targets the provision of reliable and affordable connectivity for 25 million households
in Java. This collaboration is expected to accelerate the increase in internet penetration that is more
equitable, affordable, and can have an impact on the development of the digital economy of the community.
Currently, the penetration of fixed internet connections to homes (Fixed Broadband) in Indonesia has only
reached 15%, Collaboration and cooperation among various stakeholders are essential to provide reliable,
affordable, and equitable services, which will significantly impact Indonesia's economic development in
the future.
