dated May 13, 2026 regarding the Request for Explanations, here is our response to such request
for explanation:

Publik dan/atau aksi korporasi baru yang belum pernah disampaikan kepada publik, dalam
rangka pemenuhan free float dengan melengkapi tabel di bawah ini.

Dalam periode 12 (dua belas) bulan ke depan, Perseroan masih akan melakukan evaluasi
dan mempertimbangkan berbagai opsi tindakan/aksi korporasi, termasuk namun tidak
terbatas pada divestasi saham dan/atau right issue, dengan tetap memperhatikan kondisi
Perseroan, kondisi pasar, serta ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
In the next 12 (twelve) months, the Company will continue to evaluate and consider various
corporate action options, including but not limited to share divestment and/or a rights
issue, while taking into account the Company’s condition, market conditions, and the
applicable laws and regulations.
3. Informasi fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga
efek Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik (jika ada).
Information on other material facts/events that may affect the Company’s securities price
and have not yet been disclosed to the public (if any).
Tanggapan/Response:
Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa sampai dengan tanggal penyampaian tanggapan ini,
tidak terdapat fakta/kejadian penting material lainnya yang dapat mempengaruhi harga
efek Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik.

facts/events that may affect the price of the Company’s securities which have not been
