Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah mendapatkan surat pemberitahuan dari PT
Daya Kemilau Nusantara Investama (DKNI) dengan 002/DKNI-
SK/VI/2024, 20 Juni 2024, Surat Pemberitahuan atas
Transaksi Pengalihan Saham, bahwa PT DKNI pada tanggal
19 Juni 2024 sejumlah 13.700.000 lembar saham PT
Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk (TRON) pada harga Rp 127
atau senilai Rp 1.739.900.000.
Bahwa Keterbukaan Informasi ini untuk memenuhi POJK No
31/POJK.04/ 2015 tentang Keterbukaan Atas Informasi atau
Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik. Dengan
ini Perseroan menyampaikan atas pengalihan tersebut tidak
berdampak material terhadap Perseroan.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan disampaikan oleh perseroan terhadap kegiatan operasional,

Transfer Transactions, that PT DKNI on 19 June 2024
amounted to 13,700,000 shares. PT Teknologi Karya Digital
Nusa Tbk (TRON) at a price of IDR 127 or IDR 1,739,900,000.
That this Information Disclosure is to comply with POJK No
31/POJK.04/ 2015 concerning Disclosure of Material
