Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk kepada Surat Perseroan Nomor 023-
K/CORSEC/BMHS/IV/2024 tanggal 23 April 2024 perihal
Keterbukaan Informasi Periode Pelaksanaan MESOP. Maka
sehubungan dengan periode pelaksanaan Management and
Employee Stock Option Program ("MESOP") pada tanggal 01
Mei 2024 sampai dengan tanggal 20 Juni 2024, dan sesuai
dengan ketentuan yang diatur dalam Surat Edaran BEI Nomor
SE-00002/BEI/03-2020, maka dengan ini Perseroan
menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi terkait dengan hasil
pelaksanaan MESOP sebagai berikut:
1. Jumlah Opsi yang telah dilaksanakan hak konversinya dan
jumlah saham yang baru yang telah diterbitkan : 0 Nihil
2. Jumlah Opsi yang belum dilaksanakan dan masih berlaku:
22.500.000 saham
3. Jumlah saham MESOP yang belum dilaksanakan dan habis
masa berlakunya : 0 Nihil

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Pelaksanaan MESOP ini, baik terhadap kegiatan operasional,

the Management and Employee Stock Option Program
("MESOP") May 1st, 2024 to June 20th, 2024, and according
to the provisions stipulated in IDX Circular Letter Number SE-
00002/BEI/03-2020, the Company hereby submit information
disclosure related to the results of MESOP Implementation are
as follows:
