Sekilas Tentang Perseroan
Company Overview
Perseroan didirikan pada tahun 2013 di Semarang, Indonesia, dimana
Perseroan memulai usahanya dalam kegiatan perkebunan tebu.
The Company was established in 2013 in Semarang, Indonesia, in
which the Company started its business by carrying out sugarcane
plantation activities.
Pada tahun 2017 Perseroan mulai memanen dan menjual tebu.
In 2017 the Company began harvesting and selling sugarcane.

Our Products
Gula Kristal
Perseroan menyediakan produk gula kristal berkualitas tinggi yang tersedia
dalam ukuran kemasan 50 kg dan 1 kg. Kami memperdagangkan produk gula
yang sudah memiliki Sertifikat Halal dan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI).
Granulated Sugar
The Company provides high quality granulated sugar products which are
available in 50 kg and 1 kg packaging sizes.
We trade sugar products that have Halal Certificate and Indonesia
National Standard (SNI) Certificate.

Our Products
Gula Cair
Perseroan memperdagangkan gula cair tidak bermerek yang memiliki
sertifikat halal yang diperoleh dari pemasok. Perseroan memasok gula
cair untuk kebutuhan retail B2B dan bisnis B2C.
Liquid Sugar
The Company trades un-branded liquid sugar that has halal
certificate obtained from suppliers. The Company supplies liquid
sugar for retail and business needs.

Penjualan Perseroan untuk periode yang berakhir pada tanggal 31-Mar-24 menurun sekitar 16% dibandingkan dengan periode yang sama tahun 2023, hal ini
terutama disebabkan oleh adanya penurunan penjualan produk gula Perseroan pada tahun 2024, dimana hal tersebut terutama disebabkan oleh penurunan
aktivitas pasar dan pengaruh dari kondisi politik Indonesia, dimana tahun 2024 adalah tahun politik karena merupakan tahun pemilihan Presiden dan Wakil
Presiden.
The Company’s Sales for period ended on 31-Mar-24 was decreased by around 16% compared to the same period in 2023, this is due to the decrease of the
Company’s sales of sugar products in 2024, in which this is mainly due to the decrease on market activities and the influence of Indonesian political conditions,
where 2024 is a political year because it is the year of President and Vice President Election.

Sebagai salah satu komoditas bahan pokok, kebutuhan konsumsi gula nasional dipengaruhi oleh laju
pertumbuhan penduduk Indonesia yang secara konsisten tumbuh positif dari waktu ke waktu.
Berdasarkan Proyeksi Penduduk Indonesia yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS),
penduduk Indonesia akan terus meningkat di masa mendatang, meningkat menjadi 297,43 juta jiwa
pada tahun 2030 dengan kebutuhan gula nasional mencapai 9,8 juta ton. Dengan jumlah penduduk
Indonesia yang diperkirakan akan meningkat di masa mendatang, diperkirakan permintaan konsumsi
gula Indonesia juga akan meningkat. Dengan demikian, Perseroan memiliki prospek pertumbuhan
yang baik di masa mendatang.
As one of the basic commodities, the national demand for sugar consumption is influenced by the
rate of growth of the Indonesian population which consistently grows positively over time. Based on
the Indonesian Population Projections published by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Indonesia’s
population will continue to increase in the future, increasing to 297.43 million people in 2030 with
national sugar needs reaching to 9.8 million tons. With the number of Indonesian population
predicted to increase in the future, it is estimated that Indonesian’s consumption demand for sugar
will also increase. Hence, the Company has good prospects of growth in the future.

Perseroan memiliki beberapa strategi yang akan mendukung bisnis Perseroan, yaitu:
• Menawarkan penjualan gula dalam jumlah minimum yang rendah dengan harga bersaing kepada pelanggan;
• Membangun pabrik produksi agar Perseroan memiliki alur usaha yang terintegrasi dari hulu ke hilir, sehingga
biaya produksi dapat ditekan dan tingkat profitabilitas akan meningkat melalui efisiensi;
• Menargetkan segmen pelanggan UKM dan Ritel yang membutuhkan pemasok gula dengan harga bersaing
dengan jumlah relatif kecil; Dan
• Menjaga tingkat persediaan yang memadai untuk memaksimalkan pemenuhan permintaan pelanggan baru.
The Company has several strategies that will support the Company’s business, i.e:
• Offer low minimum quantity sugar sales at competitive prices to customers;
• Build a production plant so that the Company has an integrated business flow from upstream to downstream,
so that production costs can be reduced and profitability rate will be increase through efficiency;
• Targeting the SMEs and Retail customer segments that need sugar suppliers at competitive prices with
relatively small quantities; and
• Maintain adequate inventory levels in order to maximize the fulfilment of new customer demand.

Namun demikian, diperkirakan terdapat beberapa tantangan yang telah atau akan dihadapi
Perseroan dalam penerapan strategi tersebut di atas, antara lain namun tidak terbatas pada:
• Perubahan-perubahan teknis pada proses Pembangunan pabrik gula merah Perseroan yang
mengakibatkan keterlambatan penyelesaian dan dimulainya operasional pabrik gula merah
Perseroan; dan
• Fluktuasi harga Gula yang diluar prediksi Perseroan.
However, it is to be expected that there will be some obstacles that had been or will be faced by the
Company in the implementation of above strategies, including but not limited to:
• Technical changes in the construction process of the Company’s brown sugar factory which
resulted in delays in the completion and commencement of operation of the Company’s brown
sugar factory; and
• Fluctuation of Sugar prices that is beyond the Company’s prediction.

Oleh karenanya, Perseroan yakin bahwa pada tahun 2024 kinerja operasi dan keuangan Perseroan
akan lebih baik mengingat prospek industri gula yang menjanjikan dan juga didukung dengan
selesainya perkebunan gula merah Perseroan.
Hence, the Company believes that in the year 2024 the Company operation and financial
performance will be improved considering the promising Outlook of sugar industry and also
supported by the completion of the Company’s brown sugar plantation.
