Subject: Termination of Transfer of Buyback Shares

Dear Sirs,

Kami merujuk pada surat dari PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (“Perseroan”) No.010/FCS/L/11/2024
tanggal 23 Februari 2024 perihal Keterbukaan Informasi Pengalihan Saham Hasil Pembelian Kembali
Saham oleh PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, dimana Perseroan menyatakan akan mengalihkan
saham hasil pembelian kembali ("Buyback”) dengan rincian sebagai berikut:

We refer to the letter from PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (the "Company") No.010/FCS/L/11/2024
dated February 23, 2024 regarding the Disclosure of Information on the Transfer of Shares from the
Shares Buyback by PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, where the Company stated that it shall transfer
the shares resulting from the buyback (“Buyback”) with the following details:

- sejumlah 36.797.300 saham dari Buyback periode 6 (21 Juli 2022 hingga 20 Oktober 2022), dan,
a total of 36,797,300 shares from the 6" Buyback period (July 21, 2022 to October 20, 2022): and

- sejumlah 2.110.700 saham dari Buyback periode 7 (21 Oktober 2022 hingga 20 Januari 2023)
a total of 2,110,700 shares from the 7" Buyback period (October 21, 2022 to January 20, 2023).

Hingga tanggal surat ini, Perseroan telah melakukan penjualan atas saham hasil Buyback periode 7
dan belum melakukan penjualan atas saham hasil Buyback periode 6. Terkait dengan hal tersebut,
dengan surat ini, Perseroan melakukan penghentian proses pengalihan kembali saham Perseroan
yang berasal dari Buyback periode 6.

As of the date of this letter, the Company has sold shares from the 7" period of Buyback and has not
sold shares from the 6th period of Buyback. Related to this, with this letter, the Company terminates
the process of re-transferring the Company's shares from the 6th period of Buyback.

Selanjutnya, sesuai dengan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa keuangan No. 29 Tahun 2023, apabila Perseroan
akan melakukan pengalihan atas saham hasil Buyback, maka Perseroan akan melakukan keterbukaan

informasi terlebih dahulu sebagaimana dipersyaratkan. #
Furthermore, in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 29 Year 2023, if the

Company will transfer the shares from the Buyback, the Company will disclose information first as Y
reguired.
