Menanggapi meningkatnya antusiasme untuk festival, konser, dan acara lainnya di Indonesia,
Perseroan memperluas operasinya dengan masuk pada penyelengaraan acara musik dan
olahraga, dengan fokus pada sepak bola. Inisiatif ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan aliran
pendapatan baru melalui sponsorship, penjualan tiket, iklan, dan siaran. MNCN akan
menyelenggarakan festival musik yang menampilkan artis lokal dan internasional setiap triwulan,
serta pertandingan persahabatan sepak bola skala internasional. Perseroan akan memanfaatkan
LMAC di KEK MNC Lido City untuk acara yang membutuhkan kapasitas 30.000-40.000 orang, dan
Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), dengan perjanjian jangka panjang yang telah disepakati, untuk
acara berskala besar melebihi 80.000 orang.

               The Biggest Soccer Event of the Year
                 Takes Centre Stage: EURO 2024
MNC Media and Entertainment, represented by its subsidiaries PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk
("MNCN"), PT MNC Vision Networks Tbk ("IPTV"), and PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk ("MSIN"),
kicked off EURO 2024 with the first match broadcasted on June 15, 2024, featuring Germany
against Scotland. As previously announced, MNC Media and Entertainment holds exclusive
broadcasting rights for EURO 2024 across all media platforms, including FTA TV (MNCN), Pay TV
(IPTV), and OTT (MSIN). These three distribution platforms are expected to generate approximately
Rp450 – 500 billion from EURO 2024 through advertising and subscriptions.

After broadcasting a series of exclusive soccer matches, including Indonesian national team games
and RCTI Premium Sports matches, followed by EURO 2024, the Group has experienced a
substantial increase in new paid Pay TV subscribers from May 21 to June 16, 2024. During this
period, over 880,000 new paying subscribers have joined, with an ongoing daily increase of 17,000
paying subscribers. This growth in subscribers is further bolstered by efforts to redesign premium
local channels to better align with audience preferences.




The two superapps, RCTI+ and Vision+, are reaping rewards from broadcasting these soccer
competitions. Together, aggregate registered users have surged by 59% since April 2024, and
Vision+ has also seen a marked increase in its subscriber base. With EURO 2024 having just begun
last week, MNC Media and Entertainment is highly optimistic that this upward trend will persist
and strengthen further.

In response to the growing demand for festivals, concerts, and other events in Indonesia, the
Company is expanding its presence in organizing music and sports events, with a particular focus
on soccer. This initiative aims to create a new revenue stream through sponsorships, ticket sales,
advertising, and broadcasts. MNCN will host music festivals featuring both local and international
artists every quarter, alongside premium international soccer exhibition matches. The Company
will utilize LMAC in KEK MNC Lido City for events requiring a capacity of 30,000-40,000 people, and
Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), where it holds a long-term agreement for large-scale events with
a capacity exceeding 80,000 attendees.
