Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT MPX Logistics International Tbk melakukan pemesanan
Armada Truk Hino baru, Perseroan sudah memesan armada
baru dengan total 50 unit armada (30 Unit armada Tronton Hi-
Blow HINO FL 280 JW dan 20 Unit armada Tronton Hi-Blow
HINO FM 280 JW). Pembelian armada baru ini dilakukan
karena adanya kenaikan permintaan pengangkutan limbah
batubara dari PLTU serta lonjakan permintaan semen curah
untuk mega proyek IKN.
Hal ini tentu mendorong Perseroan untuk meningkatkan
kapasitas daya angkut armada. Pemesanan ini dibiayai oleh
lembaga keuangan. MPXL berharap bahwa dengan
penambahan armada baru ini, Perseroan dapat lebih
meningkatkan permintaan pasar yang terus berkembang dan
meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan mereka.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak kepada Perseroan atas pembelian armada baru:

Description of Material Information or PT MPX Logistics International Tbk has placed an order for a
Facts new fleet of Hino trucks. The company has ordered a total of
50 new units, comprising 30 units of Tronton Hi-Blow HINO FL
280 JW and 20 units of Tronton Hi-Blow HINO FM 280 JW.
This purchase is driven by the rising demand for coal ash (Fly
Ash and Bottom Ash - FaBa) transportation from PLTUs and
the surge in demand for bulk cement for the IKN mega project.
This increased demand has prompted the company to
enhance its fleet's carrying capacity. The order is financed by a
financial institution. MPXL hopes that with the addition of these
new trucks, the company will be more responsive to the
evolving market demands and improve customer satisfaction.
