sejumlah rencana ekspansi seperti penambahan armada kapal hingga perluasan pasar.

Tirta Hidayat mengatakan peningkatan permintaan atas Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV)

Jakarta,- PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk. (HUMI) will distribute dividends to
shareholders amounting to Rp18.04 billion, equivalent to Rp1 per share. The Dividend
represents 11,4% of HUMI's net profit in 2023.

Tirta Hidayat, the President Director of HUMI, announced that according to the decision of the
2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held on Friday, June 14, 2024, the
Company has decided to distribute dividends of US$1.185.786 (US$1.18 million), which equals
Rp18,046,483,948 (Rp18.04 billion) or Rp1 per share. Furthermore, the remaining net profit of
the company after deducting dividends and reserves will be recorded in retained earnings
amounting to US$9,218,476 (US$9.21 million), aimed at funding HUMI's future business
development. Tirta added that, "The cash dividend will be distributed on July 15, 2024".

In 2023, HUMI’s revenues were recorded at US$106.38 million which was an increase by 16.22%
compared to US$91.53 million achieved in 2022. Chemical tanker leasing was the main driver
of revenues in 2023 which stood at US$38.15 million. HUMI’s net profit in 2023 was at US$12.69
million, an increase by 15.94%, a significant hike from 2022.

Furthermore, Tirta Hidayat added that the outstanding performance of the chemical
transportation’s sector, which revenues in 2023 surged by 205.29% compared to what was
achieved in the previous year, was unprecedented in the chemical sector history of the
company.

"The significant growth in the demand for vessels transporting chemicals such as sulfuric acid
and methanol has successfully boosted HUMI's revenue in this sector throughout 2023," said
Tirta.

Additionally, a 70.41% growth in the revenue from the marine support sector in 2023 compared
to 2022 had also contributed positively to the company during the year. Increased activities at
ports all over Indonesia had driven an upsurge for the demand for tugboat services.

2024 Performance Targets

HUMI is targeting a 20% profit and asset growth in 2024 and is preparing several expansion
plans, including adding fleet numbers and market expansions.

Tirta Hidayat mentioned that the increasing demand for Offshore Supply Vessels (OSVs)
presents promising opportunities for the company, necessitating the acquisition of additional
vessels to meet industry needs.

Throughout 2023, the company successfully added 4 new vessels to its fleet, with ambitious
plans to continue this growth trajectory in the future. "To meet market demands, the Company
has plan to add a total of 9 vessels in 2024, consisting of 3 chemical vessels, 1 LNG vessel, and
5 Tugboats. The acquisition of these vessels has to be undertaken to meet the current market
demand, he explained. Until end of May 2024, part of the plan has been realized, through the
acquisition of 2 chemical vessels and 2 harbour tugs. Currently, the four vessels are fully
operational and serving customers in their respective segments," added Tirta.

In terms of vessels types, the demand for chemical transport vessels and offshore support
vessels are expected to continue to increase in the future. This is mainly driven by the rising
demand for methanol, a key ingredient in biodiesel production, in line with the government
aims to increase the biodiesel blend percentage in the transportation fuel from 30% to 35%.

He further mentioned that "Given the increased demand for maritime transportation vessels
recently, we are targeting a 20% increase in net profit and asset for HUMI in 2024. This target
will be achieved through a significant share of growth in the chemical sector," said Tirta.

The growth in HUMI's performance is reflected in the first quarter of 2024. Operating revenue
increased by 17.43% year-on-year to US$27.31 million in Q1 2024 from US$23.26 million in Q1
2023.

The main contributors to HUMI's revenue in Q1 2024 were chemical vessel leasing which stood
at US$12.40 million, liquefied natural gas at US$7.92 million, crude oil and petroleum products
at US$3.09 million, and offshore activity support at US$2.81 million.
