Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa pada tanggal 1 Maret 2024, PT Citra Tubindo Tbk. atau
Perseroan telah menerima surat somasi dari ASCO Law Firm,
beralamat di Komplek Ruko Palm Spring, Jl. Raja H. Fisabillah
B2 No. 6, Lantai 1, Taman Baloi, Kota Batam, Kepri 29444
sebagai penerima kuasa dari Ir. Aulia Febrial Fatwa, WNI,
pemegang KTP dengan NIK: 3174060302730004, beralamat
di Jl. Jati Raya Utara Komplek Hankam H-1, RT006/RW006,
Kel/Desa Pondok Labu, Kec. Cilandak, Kota Adm. Jakarta
Selatan, Prov. DKI Jakarta atau Penggugat, dimana
Penggugat adalah mantan Direktur Utama PT Sarana
Citranusa Kabil atau SCK dan Direktur Utama PT Citra
Pembina Pengangkutan Industries atau CPPI, anak usaha dari
Perseroan, yang mana Perseroan merupakan pemegang
saham mayoritas di SCK dan CPPI, untuk selanjutnya disebut
Gugatan.
Hingga tanggal Surat Keterbukaan Informasi ini, Perseroan
dan Penggugat telah menjalani seluruh proses mediasi terkait
Gugatan ini. Namun, karena tidak ada penyelesaian yang
dicapai selama mediasi, Perseroan memutuskan untuk
melanjutkan ke tahap berikutnya sesuai dengan peraturan
hukum yang berlaku.
Berdasarkan penjelasan kejadian sebagaimana dijabarkan
diatas, Manajemen Perseroan telah menentukan bahwa hal
tersebut tidak material dan tidak akan berdampak signifikan
terhadap harga saham.

Description of Material Information or On March 1, 2024, PT Citra Tubindo Tbk. or Company
Facts received a legal notice from ASCO Law Firm, located at
Komplek Ruko Palm Spring, Jl. Raja H. Fisabillah B2 No. 6,
Lantai 1, Taman Baloi, Kota Batam, Kepri 29444. The notice
was issued on behalf of Ir. Aulia Febrial Fatwa, an Indonesian
citizen with ID Number: 3174060302730004, residing at Jl. Jati
Raya Utara Komplek Hankam H-1, RT006/RW006, Kel/Desa
Pondok Labu, Kec. Cilandak, Kota Adm. Jakarta Selatan,
Prov. DKI Jakarta or the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff is the former
President Director of PT Sarana Citranusa Kabil or SCK and
President Director of PT Citra Pembina Pengangkutan
Industries or CPPI, subsidiaries of the Company, where the
Company is the majority shareholder in both SCK and CPPI or
the Lawsuit.
Up to the date of this Disclosure Letter, the Company and the
Plaintiff have undergone a mediation process regarding this
Lawsuit. However, as no settlement was reached during the
mediation, the Company has decided to proceed to the next
stage as regulated by applicable law.
Based on the explanation of events as described above, the
Management of the Company has determined that the issue is
not material and will have no significant impact on the share
price.
