keuangan perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Tidak terdapat perubahan Akuntan Publik (AP) maupun Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya.
Penunjukan kembali AP dan KAP yang mengaudit laporan keuangan konsolidasian Perseroan untuk tahun buku yang
berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024 telah memperhatikan rekomendasi dari Komite Audit Perseroan tertanggal 20
Maret 2024.

Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto & Rekan with Public
Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Daniel Kohar, S.E., CPA. To conduct an audit of the company's financial
statements ending on 31 December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
There are no changes to the Public Accountant (AP) or Public Accounting Firm (KAP) compared to the previous year.
The reappointment of the AP and KAP to audit the Company's consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year
ending on December 31, 2024, has taken into account the recommendations from the Company's Audit Committee
dated March 20, 2024.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
