Facts Arsapranata, Bapak Nur Arief Budiyanto, dan Ibu
Nilamsari sebagai Direktur Perseroan.
Usulan penerimaan permohonan pengunduran diri
tersebut akan disampaikan dalam Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan pada tanggal 26
Juni 2024 untuk disetujui oleh para pemegang saham.
On June, 14, 2024 the Company has received a request
for resignation letter from Mr. Velliq Arsapranata, Mr. Nur
Arief Budiyanto, and Mrs Nilamsari from the position as
Director’s of the Company. Acceptance of the resignation

will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company, to be held on June, 26,
2024 for the shareholder’s approval.

tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional , hukum, keterbukaan informasi ini, mengingat penyampaian
kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsunga usaha keterbukaan informasi ini merupakan pemenuhan
Emiten atau Perusahaab Publik / kewajiban keterbukaan informasi berdasarkan POJK No
33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris

companies pengunduran diri tersebut akan diputuskan dalam Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham pada tanggal 26 Juni 2024.

The Company’s business activities and operational

application will be decidec at the General Meeting of
