                                               Disclosure of Information Related to the Purchase of a
 Type of Material Information or Facts         Building, Including the Release and Transfer of Priority Rights
                                               to the Land
 Description of Material Information or        1. Based on the Sale and Purchase Agreement of a Building
 Facts                                         Including the Release and Transfer of Priority Rights Over the
                                               Land No. 6 dated June 14, 2024, drawn up before Notary Dr.
                                               Putra Hutomo, S.H., M.Kn., the Company has completed the
                                               purchase of a building covering 2,800 m2 and land covering
                                               6,875 m2 owned by PT Dian Rakyat, located at Jl. Rawa
                                               Girang Blok III T.4 No. 8, Pulogadung Industrial Estate, East
                                               Jakarta.

                                               2. The purchase was made using the Company's cash at a
                                               value of IDR 54,054,055,000 (excluding VAT).

                                               3. Regarding the transaction carried out, the Company
                                               declares as follows:
                                                  a. The purchase transaction does not constitute an affiliated
                                               transaction, as there is no affiliation between the Company
                                               and PT Dian Rakyat, and it does not contain any conflict of
                                               interest as stipulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation
                                               No. 42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions and
                                               Conflicts of Interest.
                                                  b. The transaction does not qualify as a material transaction
                                               as regulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
                                               17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material Transactions and
                                               Changes in Business Activities, where its value is less than
                                               20% (twenty percent) of the Company's equity.
